MEDIUM ROAST -- 1lb Bags
The Haitian Blue Pine is a High Elevation Coffee Bean, combining three hand-chosen varietals that provide very balanced, clean, and smooth coffee with natural sweetness and subtle floral notes. It is low in acidity. This Haitian has scored very high in competition internationally, as well as our in-house reviews.
It is shade grown --rare in Haiti -- in the Central Plateau country by a group of only 680 co-op farmers. It is harvested between February and April, washed, and sun-dried.
