Coarse grind, ideal for FRENCH PRESS extraction. This method will give it softness, thickness and roundness: ideal for balancing its acidulous, full-bodied and bitter aspects, while enhancing its beautiful notes of red fruits.
In the northeast of Burundi, near the town of Kayanza, the federation with which we work brings together several Fairtrade certified coffee cooperatives. Malongo supports the production of this excellent bourbon arabica on site, grown on fertile clay laterite soil, by small producers.
We invite you to a tasting of this coffee paired with cheese, a great taste experience. Pair Burundi coffee with Ossau-Iraty, sheep's milk cheese from Béarn and the Basque Country.
