Description
Do you like it exotic, but still down-to-earth? Then you'll enjoy our certified organic "FLORAL". It will surprise you with aromas of dried fruits, toffee, fruit cake and nuts. All in all, a super tasty combination of fruity-floral and nutty flavors. We roast it medium, perfect for espresso, Moka-Pot (Bialetti) and for lovers of slightly darker filters. In your espresso, you won't taste any disturbing roasting notes that would overpower the typical taste of south-western Ethiopia. The acidity is well integrated and supports all the flavors.
Brew recommendation espresso: 18 in | 45g out in 35 seconds.
