This washed Pacamara microlot from the Amazonas region of northern Peru has crisp acidity + tropical undertones with notes of floral candy & pecan. It has a delightfully moreish, sticky texture. It’s super balanced; with nuanced, layered sweetness which really shine through when brewed as a pourover.
