We are offering a limited dark roast of Ethiopia Chelchele Supernatural Dark!
From the birthplace of coffee, this “Supernatural” is sourced from the Chelchele Washing Station in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone. Only the ripest cherries are selected before undergoing a carefully controlled anerobic fermentation. The coffee is then dried on raised screen beds beneath the Ethiopian sun for 2-4 weeks, allowing its naturally sweet forward character to fully develop.
Beyond the cup, this coffee reflects a strong commitment to the people behind it. During harvest, the Chelchele site employs more than 200 workers, providing meals, lodging, and educational resources for workers and their families throughout the season.
We have 20 bags available, offered as 12oz and whole bean only. Shipping on Tuesday, November 10th.
