This Black Honey coffee comes from Gedeb, Ethiopia, and is made from Heirloom varieties grown at 2,200 metres above sea level. The Black Honey process allows the coffee to retain more of its natural sweetness during drying, creating a rich and expressive cup.
Expect delicious black cherry and pomegranate character, balanced by soft sweetness, ripe stone fruit and a smooth, lingering finish. A vibrant Ethiopian coffee with depth and complexity for drinkers who enjoy expressive, fruit-forward coffees.
