Whole beans from Hambela in Ethiopia, it is a heirloom washed process.
After a few hours after roasting, we can say the coffee tastes :
- When hot, orange, bergamote, grapefruit.
- When warm, orangette, litchi, orange.
- When cold, bergamotte.
