Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Orange Bitters

Hale Taste Scale: 6 - Chocolatey sweetness with Full body and bright finish.

Varietals: Marsellesa, Catimor

Elevation: 900 - 1100 masl

Process: Washed

The EstelÍ blend is an artisanal coffee sourced from sustainable, organic family cooperatives in northern Nicaragua.

Grown at elevations of 900–1100 masl in the renowned regions of Jinotega and Matagalpa, this blend utilizes Marsellesa and Catimor varietals. It beautifully combines Jinotega’s smooth, full-bodied sweetness with Matagalpa’s bright acidity and rich chocolate characteristics.

The resulting brew features a strong body with flavor notes of dark chocolate and orange bitters, mild hints of tobacco, perfectly balanced by a bright, refreshing grapefruit finish.
