This caffeine-free blend consists of 100% Arabica coffees from Mexico, Honduras and Koulmbia, which, after gentle decaffeination and careful roasting, result in a mild coffee with a pleasant acidity and a light nutty note. By the way: "Dorma bain" means in Romansh: "sleep tight".
