A full-flavoured decaf with depth and richness.
Cascadia is a blend of carefully selected coffees, roasted on the darker side to bring out body, warmth, and a more developed chocolate profile. The result is a smooth, comforting cup with a gentle richness that holds up whether brewed as drip or pulled as espresso.
Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a method that removes caffeine without chemical solvents — it preserves the structure and flavour of the coffee. Most people wouldn’t know it’s decaf unless you told them.
