Grown at high altitude and processed using the washed method, it delivers clarity and balance in the cup.
Expect notes of chocolate, lemon and peach, complemented by a soft floral character and a clean, bright finish.
Produced by just 35 families in La Laguna, this coffee represents a true community effort, with each stage carefully managed to maintain exceptional quality.
Part of the Tarrazú micro-zone programme, it highlights the unique characteristics of this specific growing area.
