Description
Coffee Exchange’s award winning cold brew features such flavor characteristic favorites as very full body, almost viscous, with a chocolaty acidity that holds up to as much ice as you prefer. The “acidity” in hot coffee comes from the reactions of the oils to heat. In cold brewed coffee, there is no heat. Ergo, no acidity.
