Our coffee roasting company JJ Darboven has had fair trade coffees in its range since 1993 - and was one of the first to consistently support this on a large scale. Fairtrade coffee comes from smallholder families and is imported directly from the producer countries with the exclusion of middlemen. About the association TransFair e. V. a minimum price is secured for the harvests and the coffee farmers benefit from a fair price. But Cafe Intencion is not only fair, but also extremely aromatic, because we only use the finest green coffee origins from highland regions, which we freshly roast immediately after delivery in Hamburg with our special process.
