NOTES: HONEY, ORANGE & CARAMEL
Decaf without losing its origin. This coffee comes from Pluma Hidalgo, Oaxaca, a region with a long coffee-growing history. We want the work done in the field to remain present in the cup: a sweet, fruity experience with notes of soursop, honey, and pineapple.
What is the Swiss Water process? Green coffee is decaffeinated using water and green coffee extract. Through diffusion, caffeine passes from the beans into the extract and is removed using carbon filters. No chemical solvents are used; the method is designed to preserve most of the coffee’s distinctive character, aroma, and flavor. Afterward, at Blend Station, we taste and roast it in CDMX.
