Description

Blueberry Jelly • Rock Candy • Plum
Light & Bright Roast | Washed Process | Jinotega, Nicaragua

Big beans. Bright flavors. Beautiful sweetness.

Blueberry Jelly is a rare and expressive single-origin coffee from Jinotega, Nicaragua, produced by the same Gold Mountain Coffee Growers group behind our Baklava & Mango and Maragogype Flowers coffee.

Blueberry Jelly is a hybrid varietal called Maracaturra, a mix of Maragogype and Caturra. It's famous for its unusually large beans, sometimes larger than Maragogype. It has delicate and complex flavors. Our light roast lets this coffee's natural sweet and fruity character shine.

If you enjoy clean, bright coffees with floral and naturally sweet notes, then this is one for you.
