Description
Atlas is our darkest blend, unique in its roasting method. We roast three origins separately, at temperatures that best reflect their inherent flavors, and then blend them together post-roast. It takes three times longer than any of our other blends, but creates a robust and bold taste with intense depth.
Created to be approachable, yet complex, Atlas is an excellent choice for those beginning to enjoy specialty coffee. We recommend it for gift-giving, as its still flavorful with cream and sugar. It's compatible with all brewing methods and is our baristas' first recommendation for at-home espresso.
