Colin Harmon is the owner of 3fe Coffee, a chain of eight cafés in the Dublin region of Ireland, which also has a roastery and a coffee wholesale business. A four-time Irish Barista Champion, he has extensive experience in the coffee industry, including training, consulting, sales, and developing specialty coffee equipment.

In 2017, he self-published “What I Know About Running Coffee Shops,” a collection of lessons from his experience as a café owner.
