Background
A cracking representation of a natural processed Colombia Gesha - Don Lisandro started his own farm on 5 hectares of land about a decade ago in an area with rich volcanic and sandy loam soil - assisting him to produce strong results in both quality and yield.
This coffee will pass through three phases within it’s process; The first being a 5 day anaerobic fermentation in bags, drying for between 12 & 20 days (weather dependent) then finally sealed in a grainpro bag for 15 days to homogenise or “rest”
