About Arrosto Coffee
WHAT IS COLD DRIP?
Arrosto Cold Drip is a highly concentrated liquid coffee using Japanese Cold Drip brewing techniques. The product is all natural and only contains filtered water and freshly roasted coffee. It has no added preservatives or sugars. Shelf life is 90 days from bottling and requires refrigeration. The product has been lab tested and approved for shipping and can be unrefrigerated for this period. Upon arrival please refrigerate.
HOW DO YOU USE THE COLD DRIP CONCENTRATE?
Arrosto Cold Drip is a concentrate and designed to be diluted for maximum beverage enjoyment. Using milk or water to craft your desired strength and flavour profile. It is a great alternative in espresso martinis to substitute hot espresso shots. A 30ml shot of cold drip over ice-cream creates the ultimate affogato.
WHERE ARE OUR BEANS SOURCED FROM?
Callum, the head roaster has actively travelled overseas to origins including Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil to source green beans ethically. The coffee brokers Callum has travelled with enhance the green bean supply as they ensure quality and ethically sourced coffee. These origin trips have allowed Arrosto Coffee to uncover new and exciting coffees and bring these amazing tastes to the local coffee community.
HOW DO YOU STORE COFFEE BEANS?
Store in a cool, dark and dry place such as a pantry. They do not require refrigeration. The packaging has a one-way valve which allows the coffee to de-gas which a natural process after roasting. For best results keep your coffee in this packaging. Once you open the bag and start to use some product remove as much air as possible before re-sealing.
HOW LONG DO COFFEE BEANS LAST?
Best enjoyed within 6 weeks of the roast date which can be found on the back label.
DO YOU HAVE A MENU FOR THE CAFÉ?
We specialize in all things coffee and don’t have a menu for food. There are freshly in-house made cakes and muffins daily to compliment your beverage. Saturday and Sunday’s we serve a breakfast burger until 12pm.
CAN YOU BUY FIREWATER IN-STORE?
Unfortunately, it isn’t available at Arrosto Coffee but you can purchase online at firehouseliquor.com.au or locally at Renmark Hotel Sip and Save.
