Great Circle Coffee

Great Circle Coffee, a Miami FL based Specialty Coffee Roaster, started as a dream to start something meaningful.

With a passion for fantastic coffee and a desire to share it with others, we embarked on this adventure to create a coffee company several years ago. We patiently built the idea over the years, enhanced our training and knowledge, evaluated markets, processes and technologies, forged relationships with producers at origin and coffee experts in the U.S. and –in 2015—we decided to put the plan to work, said goodbye to our esteemed colleagues at work, packed our bags and headed south to Miami.

At Great Circle we feel that the best way to make positive contributions across the complex coffee world is by playing a key role in creating a virtuous cycle: incentivizing and rewarding the best quality coffee at origin, giving it the respect it deserves by preparing it with care, and providing a fantastic offering to delight our customers and their clients—allowing us to repeat the cycle.

In summary here’s what we love to spend our time doing: we find, taste and select coffees that we feel excited about and are grown by amazing people. We carefully roast each in a distinct way, in order to highlight unique characteristics and deliver a consistent experience in the cup. We share our coffee with awesome friends/clients that are as excited as us to try new and different things and we help them provide a great experience for their friends along the way. Above all, we have a blast while doing it.

Great Circle Coffee has a commitment to sustainability, and our coffees are roasted on roasting machines that use innovative technology, consume significantly less energy and produce less CO2 emissions than traditional machines.

We are located in Lemon City/Little Haiti in Miami, FL—a few minutes from Miami Beach.
