Our new Rarity from Volcan Azul in Costa Rica, where producer Alejo Castro has used warm anaerobic fermentation to create an intensely expressive Obatá. Packed with mango, passion fruit and sweet cherry jam, this is a bold, tropical coffee with layers of dark chocolate and a boozy edge. A must-try for anyone drawn to our Funky profiles.
