As espresso, it expresses notes of apple, brown sugar, and chocolate, supported by a medium body and a creamy texture. The coffee comes from small producers in Mexico, from high-altitude regions with volcanic soils. Carefully controlled processing contributes to its clarity of flavor and consistency of profile. We roasted this lot to a medium level, aiming to preserve the bean’s inherent character and bring out its sweetness, balance, and ease of extraction.
