The Watertower Decaf is an organic Water Process Decaffeinated Coffee and comes from small microlot farmers organized in the CENFROCAFE Cooperative in the north of Peru. We have selected this coffee based on the quality and taste evaluations.
The Cup: This coffee is an outstanding Peruvian coffee. Well balanced flavor of chocolate tones combined with nutty tones. The coffee is refreshing with a hint of orange and a bright acidity.
