Description
This 100% Arabica blend of beans from Ethiopia, Peru & Colombia was created to highlight a few of our favorite tasting notes from our single-origin coffees. We recommend this blend for an Aussie-style espresso as it is a bit more complex than traditional Italian-style espresso, with citrusy notes that are complimented by the chocolatey and nutty notes of the South American beans. We roast to specific profiles for each origin to bring out the flavors we like and then blend the three origins post-roast.
