Description

The Chemex Coffeemaker—invented in 1941 by Dr. Peter Schlumbohm, Ph.D.—brews a clean and bright cup of coffee, and looks great doing it. Made simply from non-porous, heat-resistant borosilicate glass, it brews coffee without imparting any flavours of its own.

Chemex’s classic hourglass design remains unchanged since 1941 and sits on permanent display at MoMA in New York City and other fine museums.
