You can experiment: From the choice of coffee, to the individual dosage, to refining – for example with almond milk or lemon juice – there are numerous gimmicks. Preparation recommendation for cold brew
Use 1 liter of cold water for your cold brew and pour it into a glass carafe or glass jug. Barista Royal Tip: Use water that is as lime-free as possible so that the aromas can develop fully.
Add 100g of coarsely ground coffee to a filter bag – Barista Royal Tip: The coffee tastes best when you grind it fresh and fill it directly into the Barista Royal Cold Brew filter bag.
Experience the ceremony and give your cold brew time : we recommend at least 12 hours of brewing time. Barista Royal Tip: Ideally, you even let it steep for 24 hours to experience the full aroma of the coffee.
