Our ESPRESSO DEL DIAMANTE is a 100% Arabica blend. The flavor-giving and eponymous DEL DIAMANTE beans from a highland plantation in the Dota Valley in Costa Rica characterize the intense aroma. The TOUCAN beans from the Cerrado Mineiro region in Brazil support the taste with sweet notes of caramel, almonds and dark chocolate. Together, this 100% Arabica espresso results in a special flavor profile with notes of walnut, fig and a slight sweetness.
