Washed vs. Natural: What Does It Mean?
The washed process (Beshasha) removes the cherry from the bean before drying, creating a bright, crisp flavour. On the other hand, the natural process (Chelbesa) allows the beans to dry inside the cherry, infusing them with the fruit's natural sweetness and giving you a bolder, fruiter cup.
