Description
El Salvador coffee is an Arabica coffee, grown in Central America, at an altitude of over 1200 meters (Strictly High Grown). Like Guatemala and Costa Rica, the classification of coffee in El Salvador is based on the altitude of the plantation, the higher the quality. The coffee has a light, fragrant aroma, is very balanced and has a low acidity.
