Pour Over – the brewing method for coffee connoisseurs! With the Pour Over preparation method, you brew your coffee by hand in the classic way. Simply insert one of the included paper filters (size 2) into the BEEM POUR OVER coffee filter for hanging, add the ground coffee, hang it in a rack and slowly, evenly and in a circle pour hot water over it.
Due to the special surface structure on the inside of the hand filter, the paper filter can be efficiently kept away from the filter edge, so that brewing can also be carried out optimally on the edge.
Instead of one or more small openings, this porcelain filter has a large 20 mm opening, so that the flow rate and the perfect aroma depend solely on the grind of the coffee. A medium degree of grinding is recommended.
