Pour Over – the brewing method for coffee connoisseurs! With the Pour Over preparation method, the coffee is brewed by hand in the classic way. Simply place a suitable paper filter (size 2) in the glass filter, add coffee powder and slowly and evenly pour hot water in a circle. Due to the special surface structure on the inside of the hand filter, the paper filter can be efficiently kept away from the filter edge, so that brewing can also be carried out optimally on the edge. Instead of one or more small openings, this glass filter has a large 20 mm opening, so that the flow rate and the perfect aroma depend solely on the grind of the coffee. A medium degree of grinding is recommended. Up to 4 cups of pour over coffee can be prepared and served in the glass jug of the BEEM pour over coffee maker set. Simply put the lid on and the coffee stays hot longer!
