COMPLETE COFFEE ENJOYMENT: Aromatic and full-bodied Schümli coffee with delicate froth. The proportion of Robusta beans made the Schümli Classic particularly strong and spicy in taste and gave it a light espresso character. A delicate crema gives the coffee the perfect look.
IDEALLY SUITABLE FOR ALL FULLY AUTOMATIC COFFEE MACHINES AND FILTER CARRYING MACHINES: The più caffè Crème Schümli coffee beans are ideal for preparing a “classic” cup of Schümli coffee or latte.
MOST FAMOUS GROWING AREAS: Arabica beans and Robusta beans from Central and South America (Honduras and Brazil) as well as India and Indonesia provide the unmistakable taste of più caffè Crème Schümli.
TRADITIONAL SWISS ROASTING PROCESS: Thanks to long-term drum roasting according to the traditional Swiss process, più caffè is particularly low in acid and gentle on the stomach. The coffee beans are gently roasted and refined in small quantities for up to 20 minutes at temperatures up to a maximum of 220 degrees Celsius. The acids are broken down, the aromas are retained. So that our coffee stays freshly roasted, it is packed in bags with an aroma protection valve immediately after roasting.
