Description
Maragogype is a natural mutation of the Arabica Typica variety discovered in the city of Maragogipe in the Brazilian state of Bahia. This coffee plant develops the largest beans of all cultivated Arabica species. The coffee has a very fine, differentiated taste, which is underlined by subtle acidity and light fruit tones. The aroma spectrum ranges from nuts, sweet grapes to black tea.
