LELIT “BIANCA”

Description

Bianca is the flagship model of Lelit, which allows the most demanding baristas to fully control the extraction of the espresso through the manual wooden paddle positioned on the E61 group. This allows you to modulate the flow of water on the coffee during extraction and the Lelit Control Center ( LCC ) digital panel.

In addition, the Bianca model has the ability to adjust the temperature of extraction of the espresso and the steam boiler, the pre-infusion time, the standby time, the possibility of turning off the steam boiler.

Another parameter that can be easily adjusted on Bianca is the maximum pressure of the dispensing pump which can be set up to a maximum of 12bar. The actual pressure during extraction can be checked through the pressure gauge positioned in plain sight on the E61 group.

The professional filter holder with a diameter of 58mm has a walnut wood handle, also used for the paddle, the knobs, and the height-adjustable feet which makes it even more elegant and pleasant to use.

The body is in solid steel and the steam wand is a cool touch to avoid the risk of scalding when frothing the milk which, thanks also to the 1.5-liter steel boiler, is perfect and fast.

Bianca is equipped with a sophisticated energy-saving system that allows you to program a stand-by time after which the steam boiler is disabled and the coffee boiler is kept at a temperature of 70 °, thus maintaining the efficiency of the cup warmer at 80. %, guaranteeing a machine recovery time of around 10 minutes and significant energy savings.
