Description
“Ireland” is grown in Chiapas, in the Soconusco terroir, the producer is called Walter Peters and is a pioneer of biodynamic coffee cultivation.
Water treated with medicinal plants is applied to coffee plants to protect them from disease and increase photosynthesis. In addition, the plants are surrounded by chamomile, dandelions and nettle which help them in turn.
This finca consists of 270 productive hectares and 50 of natural reserve, considered a real sanctuary.
