Shipping delays only whetted our appetites for the perennial favorite from Ethiopia. Considering the wealth of options we’ve enjoyed over the last couple of months, it’s kind of the perfect time to debut these beauties!
This year we have the Anderacha and Sulladjah, each with a wet and dry variation. You know we love highlighting the process! It’s amazing how different the result is.
The Sulladjah dry is a pink and white swirled sweet or a pillowed tart of strawberry-cherry cream.
