Description
Our Honduras San Marcos is grown by the Cooperativa Flor del Café in the mountains of Puca and Opalaca. The cooperative was founded in 2001 to give people in the region new economic prospects and to give small farmers an ecological advantage. The coffee is grown in the natural shade of banana and orange trees.
This Arabica bean, grown at 1400m, brings a sweetness of caramel and pecan and convinces in milk drinks.
