Excellent coffee
After his visit to Estuardo Falla Castillo, our roaster Thomas quickly realized that he had discovered something special: Finca Tempixque has already won the Cup of Excellence (the Oscars for coffee) for the best beans in Guatemala! The beans for this coffee have the melodious name “Guatemala washed SHB EP Genuine Antigua San Miguel”. The designation “SHB” stands for “Strictly Hard Bean” and is a label for high quality. A highly decorated, delicious coffee!
This is how coffee tastes
The mild beans impress with their balanced, full-bodied taste. The coffee is very balanced and has an exciting interplay of fruit and chocolate. The fruity notes give it a subtle acidity, the chocolate note rounds off the coffee and gives it a fine sweetness.
