CHICAGO STRONG – von Ashton & Jules
Strong coffee with temperament made in the style of small micro roasteries in Chicago. The coffee is roasted in small quantities by hand and packed while still warm. Thanks to the special low-temperature process, the beans are particularly aromatic, because instead of exposing them to the usual shock heat, we roast them for almost four times as long at much lower temperatures. Everything else is a closely guarded trade secret.
