NATURALMENTE DOLCE

Origins: blend composed of three origins of Arabica coffee.
Brazil Yellow Bourbon: fazenda Rainha, in Mogiana; grown at a height of 1100-1500mt, the beans are extracted from the drupe with a technique called pulped natural.
Nicaragua Caturra Java: Finca Limoncillo, harvested at altitudes of 850 – 1150mt and treated with washed technique.
Ethiopia Long Berry: grown at an altitude of 1850mt in the Zege region. Once the drupes have been harvested manually and selected with the same technique, they are processed with manual technique.

Process: semi-washed, washed, natural

Roasting Profile: Medium / Light

Characteristics and sensory notes: very balanced coffee with an excellent body, sweetness and a slight acidity of the fruit. Notes of red fruits and chocolate in the cup.
