Description
To create this Specialty and traceable blend, three carefully selected and different Arabica coffees have been selected. These are exceptionally unique coffees that bring sweet, sensual, and aphrodisiac aromas to the cup. The Heart of Coffee limited edition Valentine’s blend is available only at this time of year.
– BRAZIL Fazenda Rainha : 84 SCA points, pulped natural
– CARIBBEAN Crystal Mountains: 83 SCA points, washed
– COLOMBIA rum barrique: 85 SCA points, fermentation in barrique
A coffee with exceptionally sweet and balanced aromatic notes, with aromas of vanilla biscuit, caramel, and almonds. There is also an enveloping aftertaste of Rum, given by the fermentation of Colombian coffee in barrels containing the Rum tafia.
A coffee blend designed for espresso, and also excellent extracted in Moka.
