Description
The Caracolito is a particular selection of Brazilian coffee. This lot comes from the southern area of the Minas Gerais region.
NOTES ON GREEN
This coffee has an average of 18-19 sieves and the defect rating ranges from very low to zero.
If toasted as an espresso (action 50-55, Italian) it forms a cream of a marked hazelnut, with slight nuances. On the nose, sensations of toasted bread and light caramel are perceived, in line with many Brazilian coffees. To the taste, the coffee has a light but pleasant body, good acidity, and decidedly soft bitterness.
If toasted by filter and brewing (action 65-70, full city) the acid becomes slightly more intense, the sweetness more rounded and the sensations on the nose slightly more fruity.
