We have been bolstering our position in Peru this year, as tumult in Colombia and South American coffee producing countries in general continues. This means we have several lots releasing through the winter, and we are thrilled to have them in.
This first offering is the most recently arrived, hailing from the Amazonas region of northern Peru, near the border of Ecuador. Clean and focused, this coffee brings a red grape acidity that is anchored in a rich baker’s chocolate sweetness and candied pecan.
