Description
It is an Arabica coffee grown at 1,770-2,200 meters above sea level and treated with a natural drying process. We find a fragrance, aroma and taste of exquisite complexity, floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine, fruity notes of tangerine, lemon and grape that shine remarkably along with spices such as cardamom and light cocoa backgrounds. The cup shows a clearly acid balance.
