For this evaluation, the coffee was extracted into espresso at 93 °, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds and with an average degassing which took place in 60 hours.
This blend brings to the cup a hazelnut-colored cream with clear stripes. The acidity to the taste is evident, thanks to the high-altitude coffees that compose it. It is a well balanced blend with an interesting sweetness and a slight bitter taste. Sensations of caramel, vanilla and tobacco are perceived.
Also perfect for those who want to prepare a coffee with the Moka or with the Neapolitan coffee maker.
