These Latte Caramel Truffles with Pamper Coffee are always delicious with a cup of coffee.
Preparation time: 30 minutes + 5 hours waiting time
Ingredients
• 2 sachets of DE Latte Caramel Pampered Coffee
• 125 grams of whipped cream
• 175 grams of dark chocolate
• 20 grams of butter
• caramel sprinkles
• sunflower oil

• Baking tray covered with baking paper

Preparation
1. Bring the cream to the boil, then turn off the heat.
2. Add the chocolate in pieces to the hot whipped cream.
3. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Then stir until it is an even mixture.
4. Add the butter and Latte Caramel sachets and stir until the butter has melted and been absorbed.
5. Let the ganache mixture cool on the counter for about 3 hours.
6. Let them set overnight (or at least 2 hours) in the fridge.
7. Roll the ganache caps into balls.
8. Put the caramel sprinkles in a bowl and roll the truffles in the sprinkles.
9. Preferably store the truffles in the refrigerator.
