Description
A nutty, very sweet espresso with a typical Italian character. Very strong on its own with a long finish, combined with milk it is very aromatic and harmonious. Our Florentine espresso was awarded gold for the first time in this year’s tasting competition of the German Roasters’ Guild.
The tasting is carried out by professional judges and evaluated on the basis of various characteristics. The medals awarded for the award are a special distinction for the technical qualities of the roaster.
The German Roasters’ Guild – the association of artisanal specialty roasters in Germany – has created the quality seal for coffee for the first time, a certification that combines the aspects of fairness and coffee quality.
