Perc Coffee

PERC WAS BORN IN THE COOLER OF THE OLD STARLAND DAIRY.

In the early days, it was me, a roaster, and some tunes cranked up real loud. I'd roast some coffee, hop on my bike, and ride around Savannah asking folks to give it a try. I got to know folks in the community by slinging bags at the Forsyth Market and brewing pour-overs at local events. Soon, after hooking up with a handful of accounts, I hired my first employees - my mom and dad.

As the business grew, the team had to grow as well. So assembled a small, impassioned crew focused on a common goal: to roast and share dang good coffee. We soon outgrew our shop, so we moved into a new spot and dropped in a larger roaster. We also built a tasting room where we could have cuppings, events, and other opportunities to engage folks in all aspects of coffee.

These days we are busy building PERC from a local favorite to a regional juggernaut. I partnered with long-time friend and perc-o-holic Alan Fischer to take things to the next level. We started with a couple of retail shops in my hometown of Atlanta. We also opened our ATL headquarters, which houses offices, a training space, and an interpretive dance studio - ok, not that last part :) 

We have big plans for the future. No matter where we go, we'll always be a bunch of down-to-earth coffee hustlers excited to share good times and awesome coffee with everyone we meet. Our story is one of hard work, know-how, and determination. Importantly, we've been honored to have the support of so many amazing folks along the way. Thanks so much for checking us out.
