In our bar, in the heart of Rome, we offer our blends to customers who know the pleasure of good coffee, and for them, we refine, with ancient care, the most popular recipes.

Background

Ciamei Caffè Srl has been present in the coffee roasting sector since the early 1900s with the "Caffè Magda" brand, in honor of Maddalena Passarella, as the Passarella family, from Salerno (pioneers of coffee in the Neapolitan and Italian market) he associated himself with Giusto Ciamei.

At the end of the 1930s, Giusto Ciamei, the progenitor of the family, remained the owner of the individual company of the same name.

In 1973, the corporate structure changed from a sole proprietorship to a joint-stock company. The sons took turns at the helm of the company in the continuity of the Ciamei family management which will continue with the founder's grandson.

Activities

The Ciamei company specializes in the processing and marketing of roasted coffee, of the "Blend for bar-espresso" type in beans, and "Blend for families" for moka use.
This latter mixture is presented roasted and ground to the consumer, both in vacuum packs and in jars; or freshly roasted in grains or ground in bags.

It avails itself of the collaboration of master roasters who are constantly looking for the best blend, for a quality that always gives an aroma and consistency such as to satisfy the most demanding palate, using the old artisanal methods for processing (high calories-long time of roasting).

The best Arabica and Robusta coffees from Guatemala, San Salvador, Brazil, Ethiopia, India, Colombia are selected and imported.
