Due to leftover samples, our coffee lab team maintains a small stock of mixed origin/grade coffees specifically for the purposes of new roaster seasoning. This allows owners of new roasters the chance to put through coffee to season the drum that doesn't waste precious, consumable coffee.
Please note that we do not recommend using this coffee for consumption or for sale, as it may be comprised of quakers and defective coffee that is not suitable to drink.
